Unresolved conflict can go deeper than you realize - it may be affecting your physical health! But the good news is published in an article by John's Hopkins Medicine, stating that the act of forgiveness can lower your blood pressure, levels of anxiety, depression and stress. All those benefits leading to a lower risk of heart attack, and even improved cholesterol levels!

Bottom line is - forgiveness helps YOU - regardless of what it does for the other person.

This is what we'll be focusing on, and my hope for you is that this workshop can help put you on the path to a healthier, more peaceful life.

Forgiveness Weekend is a 2-day workshop conducted over a weekend. Each session is 90 minutes, conducted on zoom.

Cost for this workshop is $197. Click ‘REGISTER NOW!’ below to secure your seat and receive details, worksheets and the join link.

November 6-7, 2022

What if the upcoming holidays were as amazing as they used to be before your family was affected by incarceration?

The holidays bring a unique challenge for prison families. This normally joyous, happy time brings a fresh sense of loss, grief and pain when we aren’t able to celebrate with our loved ones in the way we’re used to, and the way others do.

Join Jolyn for this very special, tender workshop meant specifically for prison families who find themselves hurting during this time of year.

Together we will uncover ways to find the joy in this time of year, even if it seems impossible.

Holiday Grief Relief is a 2-day workshop held the first week of November. Each session is 90 minutes, conducted on zoom.

Cost for this workshop is $197. Click the button below to secure your seat and receive details, worksheets and the join link.

“Jolyn will walk with you on the path to gain the strength you need.”

We have had the unfortunate situation of joining millions of other families in dealing with the incarceration of a loved one.  We have been dealing with this alone for over 10 years and we were struggling to survive.  We tried therapy, but he didn’t understand our situation and couldn’t help us with the many “triggers” we were dealing with.

We are so grateful that we found Jolyn’s website and have just finished the 6-week workshop on Trauma Recovery for Prison Families.  This workshop was geared completely to help us deal with our specific problems and emotions.  She was talking directly to us and helping us identify our feelings and triggers and helping us develop skills to deal with all our emotions and feelings of helplessness.  She is truly a life saver!  We now have the tools to face the future.

If you find yourself in this very difficult situation, do not hesitate to contact Jolyn as soon as possible.  You will realize you are not alone.  Jolyn will walk with you on the path to gain the strength you need.
